Are you ready to meet Integration Expertise specialist?

An Integration Expert is expected to have in-depth technical knowledge of integration tools and platforms, such as middleware solutions, ETL tools, and API management platforms. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of data formats and structures are essential for success in this role.

Roles & responsibilities

Integration Design

Understand the architectural requirements and design the integration solution by selecting the appropriate integration patterns and tools.

Development

Develop integrations between systems using middleware, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools, APIs, or other integration methods.

API Management

Design, develop, and maintain APIs, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and meet performance requirements.

Data Mapping & Transformation

Understand the data models of source and target systems and map data fields accordingly. Implement data transformation logic as needed.

Security

Implement secure integration practices, including data encryption, secure data transmission, and ensuring proper authentication and authorisation.

Performance Tuning

Monitor and optimise integration performance, ensuring data flows smoothly and without bottlenecks.

Testing

Plan and execute integration testing, ensuring data is accurately transmitted between systems without any loss or corruption.

Error Handling & Monitoring

Implement robust error handling procedures. Monitor integrations, setting up alerts for failures or anomalies.

Documentation

Document integration designs, workflows, data mappings, and configurations for future reference and troubleshooting.
