Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

Work with clients to understand their marketing objectives and strategies, and how Anicalls’s consultants translate to digital marketing initiatives using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Platform Implementation and Configuration

Set up, customize, and configure Marketing Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs.This includes Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and other tools within the platform.

Audience Segmentation

Assist clients in segmenting their customer data for targeted campaigns, ensuring the right audience receives the right message at the right time.

Campaign Management

Design, set up, and launch multi-channel campaigns using tools like Email Studio and Journey Builder. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.


Work with technical teams to integrate Marketing Cloud with other systems like CRM platforms, websites, or third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.

Training and Documentation

Provide training sessions to clients and their teams, ensuring Anicalls’s consultants have a good grasp of the platform's capabilities. Create user manuals, guidelines, and documentation tailored to the client's solution.

Analytics and Reporting
