Ready to find RPA Business Analyst?

An RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Business Analyst acts as the intermediary between the business side of an organization and the technical team, ensuring that automation solutions are aligned with business needs and are designed efficiently. They play a critical role in identifying, refining, and detailing processes that are suitable for automation.

An RPA Business Analyst should possess a strong understanding of both the business domain and RPA tools. Their expertise lies in their ability to identify automation opportunities, break down complex processes, and communicate requirements clearly to all involved parties. They should have analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between the technical team and business stakeholders.

Anicalls works closely with business units to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and ensure the developed bots meet business needs.
