Solution Design

Propose Salesforce solutions that cater to the business's unique needs while aligning with platform capabilities.

Documentation

Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications, data mappings, process flows, and user stories.

Configuration & Testing

Collaborate with Salesforce Admins and Developers to configure the solution. Validate the configurations and customizations through testing.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Act as a bridge between the technical team and business units, ensuring both parties understand project scopes and desired outcomes.

Data Analysis

Analyze data within Salesforce to uncover trends, provide insights, and make recommendations for process improvements.

Training & Support

Develop user guides, FAQ documents, and training materials. Assist in training sessions and provide post-implementation support.

Process Improvement
