Requirements Analysis

Collaborate with HR and finance teams to gather and understand payroll requirements, complexities, and specific calculations.

Legislative & Tax Updates

Stay updated with payroll legislative changes and ensure the system reflects current tax rates, benefits deductions, and other statutory requirements.

Integration

Ensure seamless integration of the Payroll module with other Fusion HCM modules, finance applications, and external payroll-related systems.

Testing & Validation

Oversee payroll dry-runs, validating computations, deductions, and payouts. Ensure accuracy in payroll runs through regular testing.

Reporting

Utilize Fusion Payroll's reporting capabilities to design, generate, and deliver payroll reports, statements, and insights to relevant stakeholders.

Training & Support
