Application Disclaimer

  • I certify that all information I have provided to apply for and secure work with this employer is accurate, complete, and correct.
  • I expressly authorize, without reservation, the employer, its representatives, employees, or agents to contact and obtain information from all references (personal and professional), employers, public agencies, licensing authorities and educational institutions and to otherwise verify the accuracy of all information provided by me in this application, resume, or job interview. I as a result of this waive all rights and claims I may have regarding the employer, its agents, employees or representatives, for seeking, gathering and using truthful and non‐defamatory information, legally, in the employment process and all other persons, corporations or organizations for furnishing such information about me.
  • I understand that this employer does not unlawfully discriminate in employment. No question on this application is used to limit or eliminate any applicant for consideration for employment on any basis prohibited by applicable local, state, or federal law.
  • I understand that this application remains current for only 30 days. After that time, if I have not heard from the employer and still wish to be considered for employment, it will be necessary for me to reapply and fill out a new application.
  • If I am hired, I understand that I am free to resign within 30 days' notice, and the employer reserves the same right to terminate my employment at any time, with or without cause and with or without prior notice, except as may be required by law. This application does not constitute an agreement or contract for employment for any specified period or definite duration. I understand that no supervisor or representative of the employer is authorized to make any assurances to the contrary and that no implied oral or written agreements contrary to the preceding express language are valid unless that are in writing and signed by the employer's president.
  • I also understand that if I am hired, I will be required to provide proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the respective countries.
  • I understand that any information provided by me that is found to be false, incomplete or misrepresented in any respect, will be sufficient cause to (i) eliminate me from further consideration for employment, or (ii) may result in my immediate discharge from the employer’s service, whenever it is discovered.
  • I understand and agree that I am a lawfully abided citizen, and no criminal charges are pending on me.
  • I understand that Anicalls don't charge anything for the services. If any Anicalls employee from the recruitment team tries to charge for the services, I will complain to complaint@anicalls.com.

Technical Requirements

  • To complete an online application and to access/ retain electronic records, you will need a recent version of Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, or Chrome browser. You must also have access to a printer or the ability to download information to keep copies of the application/ related electronic materials for your records. You can return to our website at any time (using your login information) to review, save, and print the documents you signed electronically. Before submission, you may go back to review and edit your submission.
  • Consent: By submitting an application form, you consent to provide your employment application and all related forms, documents, and information electronically. You also agree to conduct any matters related to the recruitment, application, background check, or onboarding process electronically. Typing your name and entering your unique identifier at the end of this application and clicking the submit button will constitute your electronic signature.
  • Withdrawal of Consent: You can withdraw your consent to submit your online employment application electronically. If you choose to do so, please note that this will automatically disqualify your electronic application from further consideration for employment. You may withdraw your consent by emailing jobs@anicalls.com.
  • Recordkeeping: Your responses to all questions throughout the electronic process will be recorded and made of your electronically signed documents and electronic application/hiring record and other separate files as required by law.
  • Updating contact information: Please note that it is your responsibility to update the Company regarding any changes to your contact information.
  • Privacy: Personal data that you enter will be used by and may be transmitted to other Anicalls departments, Anicalls companies, or third parties for the administration, evaluation, and management of your application and preparing reports that may be required by government agencies. Some of the departments, companies, or third parties to whom your data may be transmitted may be situated outside your home country. This country offers a level of data protection different from the standard applied in your country. By entering your data into the tool, you consent to the processing, use, and transfer of your data outlined in this agreement and statement.
